You are invited to learn how to cook with beautiful garden-fresh ingredients sourced from the Box Hill Central Fresh Food Market, with dishes demonstrated by the head chefs of the Centre’s best restaurants, as well as special celebrity guest appearances.

With demonstrations focusing on Taiwanese and Japanese cuisine, Asian recipes, celebrity chef demonstrations, a vegan, dumpling and a sushi master class you will learn key techniques and how to use interesting ingredients at home.
