Delivery & Shipping
All our sauces are custom made to order. Items will only be processed once payment have been finalised. You will receive an email upon the finalised purchase. Please allow up to 10 working days from dispatch for delivery, we will notify when your items have been dispatched. We use a combination of Australia Post and local couriers to ensure a cost effective and time efficient delivery. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled. Currently, Tasia & Gracia only accept orders within Australia
Shipping fee, which is calculated by weight of items will be automated upon check out.
Please note that you may be required to sign for delivery, unless permitted otherwise. You may give us the permission “authority to leave” when placing your Order. If you do, this is under the agreement that this authority to leave gives us and/or our selected couriers permission to leave the Order in question unattended by the front door of the delivery address without obtaining a signature confirming delivery at the delivery location. In such circumstances, you recognise and agree that by granting us authority to leave, we and our couriers are released of all responsibility and liability for the Orders delivered and left unattended, and that this responsibility and liability transfer upon the delivery.
We will ensure to notify you if we expect that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extend permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
Returns & Breakage
Your satisfaction is our first priority. We carefully package and deliver your products in perfect condition. Please alert us to any damaged or incorrect order within 3 working days, for immediate replacement by emailing us at hello@tasiaandgracia.com
Please provide a full and clear photograph of the damaged or faulty items and receipt of purchase. The damaged product will be replaced with the same order as soon as possible. We do not provide a refund for unwanted items due to change of mind.
