On the last Thursday of each month, Eastland Gourmet Guest will create a delectable dish in a live demonstration, showcasing the best seasonal ingredients in the heart of our fresh food precinct. Pick up a recipe card and learn the tips and tricks to replicate gourmet cooking at home for your family and friends.

Tasia and Gracia Seger, Australia’s “spice queens” have a passion for Asian cuisine. Having grown up in Indonesia, India and Australia, Tasia and Gracia love to incorporate international influences in their cooking.

On Thursday 25 January Tasia and Gracia will be demonstrating how to achieve those strong, classic Asian flavours with Crispy Chicken Ribs with Chilli and Sweet Soy.
