When two cultures unite, delicious things can happen. Join us at Box Hill Central, the home of Asian culture and food, and experience our best chefs coming together to create gastronomic magic.

Our chefs will be bringing elements from each of their cultures and communities and combining them to make some delicious recipes right before your eyes in series of live cooking demonstrations.

Flavours of Taiwan, Vietnam, China, Japan, and more will be fused together, plus there'll be a celebrity chef demonstration. You'll be able to taste the dishes and enjoy canapés while you watch on at Box Hill Central.
